Two new paintings!

These are my latest paintings that I have been working on. The top one I am entering in the Spring Salon tomorrow. Wish me luck!

A Great Moment

The day I painted the pillars for the wedding was an amazing day. Everyone wasn't too stressed yet and we were all having stupid moments. This stupid moment looks like it would have been my dads, but it was actually mine. I asked my dad to open a paint can for me. He said he would and walked out of the room. I decided to try to open it myself and succeeded. I put the set the lid on top of the paint can and went to do something else inside. Ten minutes later the back door opens and my dad is looking at us and says, "Pauline, can you get me some new clothes?" I neglected to tell him I opened it... the paint spilled all over him as he carried it to the back yard. ha ha. I sure do love my daddy.

She is ten years old.

Rat Tails

I do not care what anybody says, I adore rat tails. I think they are very sexy.
Mitchell is working on his right now and I can get a good two inch braid. This one
is a little extreme.. but regardless... it is pretty sweet.

Merry Christmas!

 This is mine and my darling husbands first Christmas together. Most of it has consisted

of work, school and moving out... but it is defiantly one we will remember. I have never

been so happy and so sad over a Christmas. I recieved the best present in the world, Mitchell.

At the same time, however, this is my first Christmas without one of my very best friends

and his family. I love you Nate, Calixta and little princess Delia. I can't wait

to see you in February! I'll post some pictures of Christmas day sometime soon.



I doubt mom would ever be this festive... but I wouldn't be surprised if one day

she came home like this.
